Use of service
Rapid Taps provides Google review automation, customer reactivation, done-for-you setup, and optional physical NFC tap products for local businesses, agencies, and resellers. By using our services you agree to use them in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Review automation services
Review requests sent through Rapid Taps must follow Google's review guidelines and any applicable messaging laws in your region. Customers must consent to receive communications where required.
Optional NFC products
Rapid Taps NFC products are designed for the intended customer-facing review use case. Modifications, resale outside the reseller program, or use that violates platform policies (such as Google's review guidelines) are not permitted.
Reseller program
Resellers agree to additional partner terms shared during the application process, including branding and pricing requirements.
Liability
Rapid Taps is provided as a service for review collection. We do not guarantee specific review volume or business outcomes. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rapid Taps constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
